As the editor the Jungheinrich Group knows how important the confidential use of your data is. Therefore we ensure:

- Your data will not be accessible for third persons.
- Your data will only be used for your orders such as orders for annual reports and press releases

Purpose of the collection, processing or utilisation of the data
The object of the company is the development and production of materials handling equipment as well as the sale, distribution and servicing of materials handling equipment and the offering of services for materials handling equipment. The collecting, processing and utilisation of data are carried out in order to fulfil the above-named purposes.

Description of the group of persons affected and of the corresponding data or data categories
Data of customers, data of employees as well as data of suppliers insofar as these are necessary to fulfil the purposes named above under 4.

Recipients or categories of recipients to whom the data may be divulged
Public bodies if legal regulations with higher priority apply, external contractors in accordance with §11 BDSG as well as external bodies and internal departments of Jungheinrich AG in order to fulfil the purposes named above under 4.

Set periods for deleting the data
The legislator has stipulated a wide range of obligations and set periods for keeping data. After expiry of these set periods the corresponding data are routinely deleted. Insofar as data are not affected by this, they are deleted when purposes named under 4 no longer exist.

No transmission to third states is planned.
