Jungheinrich Ireland's two depots in Maynooth, Co Kildare and Cork City are both monitored through our Maynooth facility. Experienced service despatchers Frank Kennedy and Shane Parkinson are available from 8 am to 5.30pm Monday to Friday to receive and solve your queries.
GPS
All 40 of our service engineers vehicles are equipped with an individual Global Positioning System (GPS) which allows Frank and Shane monitor their location with up to the minute accuracy which provides them with the option of despatching the nearest engineer to your site when required
SAP
In 2006 the company migrated to the SAP system, a German software solution used to automatically manage business operations and customer relations. The SAP system is integrated into our head office in Hamburg, Germany allowing instant access to spare part prices, product developments and truck availability.
