After last years success in Snow Plough and Mini Towable Gritter sales, Jungheinrich has this year upgraded it's Snow Plough to a fully galvanised version. Complete with rubber profile now as standard, the new version of our Snow Plough has improved durability for the winter ahead.
The polyurethane runner runs along the lip of the Snow Plough, picking up snow as it drives along. The Plough is manufactured at a 15 degree angle, pushing the snow to one side as it operates.
Jungheinrich Ireland enjoyed great success in 2010, our first year in selling winter products. This year we have added the Pedestrian Gritter, ideal for clearing pathways and entrances to any premises. With a protective cover to keep the grit dry and a robust body, the Pedestrian Gritter is a quality product fitted with oversized wheels which can easily maneuver in heavy snowfall.
The torque, inertia and agility of the Forklift provides tremendous traction and makes it ideal use for a Snow Plough. The attachment is simple to mount and 'drive through', in other words the forks off the truck are simply driven into the legs of the attachment. It is then secured through the double locking mechanism on each leg (shown in picture)
As the attachment is mounted to a Jungheinrich Forklift, efficiency can still be maintained at our customers premises. The Jungheinrich Snow Plough can be attached to all our trucks ranging from 1,300Kg to 9,000Kg load capacity. This includes all ranges of our trucks from LPG, Diesel and Electric powered trucks.
