We will not make promises that we cannot keep as we understand that you, as our customer, also have customers depending on your services.
We will ensure that every product from Jungheinrich is delivered and kept in the finest condition, thanks in part to our use of advanced diagnostics. Over 40 service engineers are trained, not just to carry out a thorough maintenance of your equipment but also to use this trained experience and initiative to look beyond the job in hand, highlighting any other issues that require attention.
If and when you should require us, our customer service department is available to take your call. Our highly trained Aftersales technicians are on call 24 hours a day. Through our mobile contacts, email, customer service centre and newly updated website, our response times in 2011 are even more efficient than previous years. We also have increased the efficiency of our internal support teams deliverying improved customer response to any complaints, through our Area Managers. Spare parts can be supplied overnight from our central European parts hub in Hamburg.
It is easy for any supplier to sell their products to the customer but the measure of success is gauged in the follow up sales as a result of the Aftersales service and back up provided.
