The Jungheinrich EJD K18 electric pedestrian pallet truck / stacker is convincing in two ways. As a pedestrian pallet truck the EJD K18 is a cost-effective pallet truck for use over short transport distances. As a stacker, the EJD can pick up two Euro pallets stacked on top of each other at the same time, cutting operating times in half.
An advantage for both applications: The short front-end length of just 660 mm. The truck is compact, manoeuvrable and suitable for many applications (e.g. in shops or very narrow warehouse areas). The additional benefit of a low overall height ensures that even shorter operators have a clear view of the fork tips.
The powerful 3-phase AC drive motor provides high productivity in any application. The optimised efficiency guarantees powerful acceleration and high speeds for rapid, efficient throughput. Battery capacities up to 250 Ah provide the necessary energy for long operating times.
The low mounted long tiller ensures that the operator is in full control of the EJD K18 truck’s performance capacity at any time – even in the most confined spaces. Here, the crawl speed button with automatic crawl speed limit facilitates safe manoeuvring with the tiller in an upright position.

The Jungheinrich SpeedControl impulse control system facilitates comfortable, safe operation which can be adapted to any application:
- The speed set by the drive switch is maintained under all travel conditions – even on gradients / descents.
- Regenerative braking on deceleration.
- Individually adjustable drive parameters (acceleration, top speed, motor brake) enable the truck to be tailored to individual requirements.
- Choice of three different travel programs (optional).
Extensive control instruments and setting options provide information at a glance:
- Discharge indicator (3-colour LED) with lift cut-out.

Sprung and hydraulically cushioned support wheels – linked via the ProTracLink torsion bar – distribute equalising forces dependent on travel conditions i.e. evenly across all wheels during straight-line travel; concentrated on the outer support wheel during cornering.
