The Jury gave as reasons for its choice the high level of customer benefits due to the optimised series products, the excellent availability thanks to our global service network and the short amortisation period.

Our automated guided vehicle systems combine proven machine manufacturing and precise laser navigation with an extensive safety system. This ensures the highest possible level of reliability and safety.The APM can be used as an entirely automatic system, but also in mixed operations mode with manual trucks and operators. Numerous sensors monitor the travel route, ensuring that the truck stops promptly as soon as an obstacle is detected in the warning or protection field.

In the case of the EKS 210a, the IFOY jury pointed out that the maximum lifting capacity of 1.5 tonnes and a lift height of 3 metres combined with a long battery operating life enable standardised transport flows to be automated simply and flexibly. Its compact design makes the ERC 215a suitable for operation in narrow aisles.
