Registration
Create your company account. This requires the following information:
- First and last name
- Jungheinrich customer ID
- Phone No.
- Company name
- Email address
- Password of your choice
Tell us through the app
You can easily enter the serial number of the forklift in need of repair. You can add a description in your own words or specify a preferred time for an appointment. Photographs can also be attached. As soon as you’ve sent your request, you will receive a confirmation email. This intuitive handling is very time efficient: You avoid long phone calls and we still receive all the information we need to arrange your repair call out.
