ERE 120n

You save valuable time when transporting goods with the ERE 120n: with a higher speed in ride-on mode compared with solely pedestrian operated trucks, goods can be cost-effectively transported over greater distances. The compact ERE 120n is especially designed for very confined spaces such as in HGVs. Just folding in the stand-on platform and side supports is enough for the ERE 120n to take the tightest corner. For intensive operation over long distances or on ramps, batteries with capacities up to 375 Ah are available. Where schedules require operation of more than one shift, the 375-Ah battery can be removed from the side (optional) in order to facilitate a faster battery exchange.

Reduced maintenance

Low wear on side support wheels via levelling adjustment when approaching a ramp at an angle: a mechanical link ensures both support wheels are always at the same height. In contrast to a spring-loaded support wheel, they do not hit anything and thus are not damaged.
Enclosed wheel rims exclusive to Jungheinrich ensure a long service life for load wheels, even in the toughest applications.

Sprung-loaded side support wheels – connected via ProTracLink, ensure safe and stable operation in all applications.
Jungheinrich ShockProtect – protection for operator, truck and load via sprung-loaded drive. The sprung-loaded system reduces vibrations for the operator and frame.

High-performance drive motor and “intelligent”

The travel speed is maintained in every travel situation, especially on gradients.
The ERE brakes automatically in the event of unintentional roll-back on ramps.

Design 1: folding stand-on platform with side support arms: choice between pedestrian and ride-on operation; reduced travel speed (6.0 km/h) with side support arms folded in.
Design 2: Fixed stand-on platform with enclosed support guards (optional): Exclusively for applications without pedestrian operation; safe standing with side protection; with 375-Ah battery compartment.
